1. General Terms

• PanditJee.com is a platform connecting users with qualified Pandits for spiritual guidance and ritual performance.
• By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
• All bookings are subject to the availability of Pandits and acceptance of your request by PanditJee.com

2. Booking and Payment Policies

• All bookings must be made through the PanditJee.com platform (website or mobile app).
• Payments must be made in advance to confirm your booking. Accepted payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other options listed on our platform.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee as per our policies.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate details for the booking, including date, time, location, and specific requirements for rituals.
• Users are responsible for arranging any required puja items (puja samagri) unless explicitly stated that PanditJee.com will provide them.
•  delays or disruptions caused by the user may lead to rescheduling charges or forfeiture of the booking fee.

4. Pandit Responsibilities

• Pandits listed on PanditJee.com are vetted for their expertise and adherence to Vedic principles.
• Pandits are responsible for timely arrival, proper execution of the ritual, and maintaining professionalism throughout the service.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances leading to a Pandit’s unavailability, PanditJee.com will arrange for a replacement or reschedule the service.

5. Service Limitations

• PanditJee.com acts as a facilitator and does not directly execute rituals. Any grievances related to ritual performance must be addressed with the assigned Pandit.
• PanditJee.com is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by external factors such as traffic, weather, or emergencies.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund.
• Refund requests must be initiated through the PanditJee.com platform or customer care. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated based on the Pandit’s availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Code of Conduct

• Users and Pandits must maintain mutual respect during all interactions.
• Any form of harassment, abusive language, or misconduct will result in termination of the service and may lead to legal action.

8. Privacy and Data Usage

• Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using PanditJee.com, you consent to the collection and use of your data for service facilitation.
• PanditJee.com does not share your personal information with third parties, except as required to provide services.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the PanditJee.com platform, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of PanditJee.com. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

10. Amendments to Terms

• PanditJee.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review them periodically to stay updated.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of PanditJee.com services will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
