Service Delivery:

  • All our services, including spiritual guidance and ritual performance, are provided at your preferred location, as specified during the booking process.
  • No physical products are shipped. All services are performed by our qualified Pandits at your chosen time and place.

    Puja Samagri (Ritual Items) Delivery:

    • In cases where PanditJee provides Puja Samagri for the service, delivery will be arranged based on your location.
    • Shipping costs for puja items are calculated at checkout and vary based on the delivery address.
    • Delivery time for Puja Samagri is typically between 2-5 business days depending on your location.

    Shipping Charges:

    • Shipping charges for puja items will be displayed at the time of purchase. Free shipping may apply to certain orders, as per our offers and promotions.
    • Delivery time for Puja Samagri is typically between 2-5 business days depending on your location.

      2. Exchange Policy

        Exchange of Puja Samagri: 

        • If you receive defective or damaged puja items, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
        • We will offer an exchange for the damaged items or provide a refund depending on your preference, subject to the item’s condition.

          Eligibility for Exchange: 

          • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
          • For exchanges, please ensure that the items are returned within 7 days of receipt.

            How to Initiate Exchange: 

            • Contact our customer support team via email or through the PanditJee.com platform.
            •  Provide your order number, photos of the damaged item (if applicable), and your reason for the exchange.

              Non-Eligible Items:

              • Ritual services, once completed, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
              • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for exchange.

              3. Refunds for Exchanges and Shipping:

              • If an exchange is not possible, you will be offered a refund for the returned item.
              • Refunds for puja items or services will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
              • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
