- In cases where PanditJee provides Puja Samagri for the service, delivery will be arranged based on your location.
- Shipping costs for puja items are calculated at checkout and vary based on the delivery address.

- Shipping charges for puja items will be displayed at the time of purchase. Free shipping may apply to certain orders, as per our offers and promotions.

2. Exchange Policy
Exchange of Puja Samagri:
- If you receive defective or damaged puja items, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.

- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
