- After Shipping:
- If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it. However, you can return the item(s) once you receive them. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for detailed instructions on how to return an order.
Special Orders
- For any special or custom orders, cancellations are only possible if the item has not yet been produced or shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel a special order.
