Cancellation and Refund

We understand that plans can change, and we are committed to providing a fair cancellation and refund process. Please review the following guidelines:

1. Cancellation Requests:

  • If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled service time, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time may incur a cancellation fee, which will be deducted as per our policies.

2. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is received and verified.
  • To request a refund, please initiate the process through the PanditJee.com platform or by contacting customer care.

3. Rescheduling

  • If you wish to reschedule your service, we will try to accommodate the new date and time based on the availability of the assigned Pandit.
  • Rescheduling may incur additional charges depending on the circumstances.
