Return Process:

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and receive a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Pack the item securely and include the RA number on the package.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.

Exceptions:

• Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Returns may be subject to restocking fees or shipping charges.

Refunds:
